Enhancements

Audit log for project setting changes

Project settings changes are now recorded in the audit log. Cellosign logs updates to project settings; create/delete operations are not tracked.

Tracked areas include:

  • Messaging — email reply toggle, admin/representative email addresses, SMS sender.
  • Storage-failure fallback and its integration.
  • Branding — language, logo, alt text, company name, address, phone number, website.
  • Session settings — add file, add fields, token expiry duration, simple/process session TTL, allowed attachment defaults.
  • Client forms configuration — the audit entry lists which top-level fields changed; for link fields, only the fact that “links” changed is recorded, without the value.

Public view

What changed

The public view — the page recipients open launch new sessions — has been updated with hardened security. This applies to every public view, including sessions launched from a template or from a BPMN process.

Recipient experience

The recipient flow is unchanged. Recipients open abd fill in exactly as they did before. No step was added, removed, or reordered.

What to expect

You may see minor visual differences in the public view. These are a direct result of the security hardening. We kept them to the minimum as possible and they do not affect functionality.

No action is required on your side.
