Process counters and lists

These widgets count and list the project’s processes. Add them in edit mode from Add widget; see Dashboard. Process count I, Process count II and Process list are available when they are included in your organization’s plan and the BPMN engine is enabled.

Process count by state

A counter tile with the number of processes and ad-hoc transactions in a state, updated during a time range, for example “Last 24 hours”. Click the tile, or the View list icon, to open the list of the counted items.

Settings (gear icon, in edit mode):

Setting	What it’s for
Time range	From Last 1 hour to Last 40 days. Default: last 24 hours.
State	Waiting, Sent (the default; counts everything), Viewed, Submitted, Expired or Failed.
User	Any user, or a specific user. Shown to users who can see all the project’s transactions.
Title and color	The tile’s title (the default is the state name) and color.

The list shows, for each item, its description, when it was created, viewed, updated, set to expire and finished, the agent, the destination and the status. You can search the list and filter it by user. Processes have a Show workflow icon.

Users who can see all the project’s transactions see all the project’s data; other users see only their own.

Process count I

A counter tile with the number of BPMN processes created during a time range, with the statuses you select.

Setting	What it’s for
Time range	The period to count.
Status	One or more of: Scheduled, Waiting, Submitted, Expired, Expiring, Canceled, Canceling and Failed.
Title and color	The tile’s title (default “BPMN”) and color.

Click the tile to open the list of processes, with their description, dates, agent and status, and a Show workflow action.

Process count II

A counter tile like Process count I, with more filters:

Setting	What it’s for
Time range	The period to count.
Status	The process statuses to count.
Workflows	The workflows to count.
Add tag	Count only processes with these tags.
Title and color	The tile’s title (default “BPMN”) and color.

Click the tile to open the list of processes. Click + on a process to show its transactions, with a progress bar of the completed transactions. For a running process, Extend validity extends its waiting forms by 1, 2 or 7 days; this is available to the user who started the process and to members of user groups whose tags match the process.

Process list

A full-width list of the project’s BPMN processes, with a Status filter and a search box. Click + on a process to show its transactions. For each running transaction you can:

• Extend validity
• Reminder
• Show Workflow
• Show Agent, which opens the agent screen
• Delete, after confirmation
