Roles and permissions

תוכן זה אינו זמין עדיין בשפה שלך.

Each user has one or more roles. Agent, Implementer and Project manager are given per project, so a user can have a different role in each project. Organization manager is given on the whole organization. To give or remove roles, see Users.

Each role includes everything the role before it can do:

Agents send forms and work with their own transactions. They see the transactions they created and the transactions sent or assigned to them. They can select templates to send, but can’t view or edit them.

Implementers build and maintain the project: templates, integrations, processes, data sources and project settings. They see all transactions in the project. They can’t manage users or change the project’s security settings.

Project managers can do everything an implementer can, and also manage the project’s users, and change the project’s security settings (password rules, account lock, MFA and IP restrictions).

Organization managers can do everything a project manager can, in all the projects of the organization. They also manage all the organization’s users, create and update projects, and set up SSO and end-user SSO.

  • Some features are available only when they are included in your organization’s plan, for example processes (BPMN), the agent screen, user groups and API access.
  • User groups can give their members extra permissions.
  • Service users get their permissions from their roles in the same way, but can’t sign in to Cellosign.
