The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It shows your work at a glance: transactions about to expire, forms waiting for you, process counters, and quick ways to start a new process. To open it at any time, click Dashboard in the left menu.
A dashboard is made of widgets. You can have several dashboards, each shown as a tab at the top of the screen, and you can share dashboards with other users.
The Basic dashboard
Section titled “The Basic dashboard”Every user has the Basic dashboard. It includes:
- counters of the processes from the last 24 hours: Sent, Viewed, Waiting, Submitted, Expired and Failed;
- About to expire and Waiting for me;
- Start process from template and Start process from PDF file.
The Basic dashboard can’t be changed. To build your own version, click Clone and edit the copy.
If custom dashboards are not included in your organization’s plan, the Dashboard shows a fixed layout with About to expiry, Waiting for me, Start process from template and Start process from PDF file.
